[attr="class","hdinfo"]- Jordan was born and raised in Camas, WA to a reals estate agent and an electrical engineer as the oldest of three children. His parents were neither rich not poor, but were able to provide a decent upbringing for their children. As for Jordan, he was the rascal of the children. His curiosity constantly got him into trouble, not that he minded. - Though he excelled at different sports and things of the sort, he really wasn't the academic sort. With his grades at near failing level during his junior year, he was quickly referred to the school counselor for extra guidance. Though he was more than ready to become a barista for the rest of his life, the counselor constantly encouraged him to look for more, constantly pointing out his strengths. And with enough guidance, he found his calling in education, specifically in the science field. - Surprisingly in college, he constantly ranked near the top of his classes, not because he possessed exceptional smarts, but primarily due to his work ethic. With his social life and studying booming, single day was saved every other week to catch up on sleep. Sure he may have gone slightly insane due to lack of sleep, but all was rewarded when, upon graduating, there were many positions offered to him. - It caught many people off guard when he put in his application for Birchwood Academy. After all, teaching delinquents would probably be a culture shock to the naive new teacher, but Jordan didn't mind. He was determined. If he could spark an excitement for learning and reaching new heights within even the most lost of children like what was done for him, he'd be able to pat himself on the back each year with a job well done. |
