[attr="class","hdtitle"]PERSONALITY [attr="class","hdinfo"] Positive Generous/i] In discriminant Musically inclined Kind hearted Imaginative Independent Negative Spiteful Stubborn Distrustful Tough girl act Occasionally Sickly Lonely Summary Alyssa outwardly appears to be tough, almost aggressive looking for a fight should anyone mess with her. Preferring to put out the tough girl image, Alyssa comes off as a trouble maker for sure with sharp glares or a scowl across her features. It’s mostly bluster, most times she’ll back down unleashing idle threats and promise of reprisal in the future. In reality she doesn’t intend to follow through, unless you happen to picking on a friend or someone she cares about, she’ll threaten to kick your ass if you don’t stop, ignore her then you are opening the gates of hell in the form of a small girl with claws who isn’t afraid to jump on you and bite, hard whilst clawing all the way. Outside of her tough girl façade, Alyssa is someone who is generous thinking that using her excessive wealth to make other people like her is the only way one will like her. She becomes incredibly excitable when talking about music, a complete turn around compared to her usual attempt at a cold calm persona. Music is her passion, its probably the only thing she considers herself good at, even then she has a hard time admitting that there is any talent in her ability. At her core she is a soft friendly girl who blushes easily and just wants to have friends, protecting herself with a spiny outwardly shell. This school, she resists it and the attempts to reform but in truth the woman would love for this to be a chance for a new beginning. | [attr="class","hdtitle"]HISTORY/MISC. [attr="class","hdinfo"] Johnathan and Miriam Havenheart, a rather wealthy couple known for their generosity and charity, they tried for many years to have a child to be met with constant disappointment. Finally, after so long they were finally granted a child by lady luck, whom would be born to the name Alyssa Havenheart. The joy would turn to ash as the girl was born very ill, immediately requiring to be hospitalized to stay alive, and it would stay that way for quite a while. Alyssa grew up sickly, her parents set up a medical center in their large and luxurious mansion, they loved their daughter but they didn’t know how to deal with the sick girl. Miriam tried to be a good mother, but she also wanted to keep her daughter in bed all the time always resting even when her health was on an upswing. When not bed ridden under strict orders to be coddled and kept from doing anything strenuous. Her parents became captors in the child’s mind, even though all they wished for was the health of their daughter; she saw them as the bringers of misery. Being so sick from the moment of her birth the girl grew up quickly, the concept of death was all around her, no one ever spoke it directly to her but a child can pick up on the subtle cue's the way adults look at each other, the way they speak away from her in a hushed manner. This led to her becoming more observant, to learn how to listen carefully as the faint whispers reached her ears of how she was different than other kids, they weren't sick like her, how she would probably die at any moment, most of the doctor's treated the child as an oddity not a person, some were nice but they were few. Whenever the child questioned something, she was brushed aside, or told easy lies, only to overhear the hard truths later on. When it comes down to it, kid's learn quickly, they don't know things but they are not stupid, they learn and often times she was treated as though she were stupid. These insults lead to her demeanor becoming one cold and distant towards people this only served to further her isolation. Doctor’s came from all around but none could do aught to alleviate the child’s poor health. It was only her aunt that gave hope to her life, the woman brought music into Alyssa’s life. Aunt Isabelle was Alyssa’s breath of fresh air, she was constantly sneaking the girl outside into the garden despite her parents wishes, or slipping the girl a treat. Alyssa’s favorite, the true joy was when her aunt would play the violin, the music would carry the girl away and she’d be completely lost to the tune spun by her aunt. Music became her one and only real joy, even her parents couldn’t find much of a reason to take it away from her, most of the time anyway. Alyssa had talent, she couldn’t read sheet music, a skill never really acquired, but she had an ear and a head for it. It was like she was simply born to play music, her hands could learn the basics how to play and create different sounds within a few hours within a few weeks she could play to a surprising level. The girl described it as simply playing her feelings, and most people would agree that her music while raw and unrefined was sincere even as she grew older although it was a talent that needed a lot of refinement. Alyssa however was not a disciplined person and she didn’t practice nearly enough seriously, and if she ever put effort the girl could be great, could being the key word. She didn’t have any child friends in the early stages of the girl’s life, the other kids weren’t interested in a sickly little girl so her time was alone or with adults. It was hard for her, and she made it hard for her parents and they really did try but their efforts were always just so over bearing. Eventually as the girl got older however their efforts paid off, at least when it came to her health, by the time she was nine Alyssa was well far more often than not. Things were starting to look up for the girl, the more her parents relaxed their heavy restrictions the more the girl opened up to them, even Alyssa and her mother started to get along for the first time their relationship was a strained one. Things were looking up in so many regards, Alyssa was set to finally go to a public school, although as you might guess by where she’s ended up things would take a turn for the worse. It was the night before her tenth birthday which was on the winter solstice and the girls had taken a night out, Alyssa had been allowed the super special privilege of sitting up front with her aunt in the back. They were playing with this super fancy new techno gadget that allowed them to video chat with her father back home, the trio were driving on a dark road, it was snowing but all in all it was actually kind of a nice night. The eager little girl so giddy to play with her toy was talking with her father, in her enthusiasm she shoved the device towards her mother, and this was before the public was made aware of the dangers that come with distracted driving. Miriam of course had no idea that looking at the device her daughter held outwards her to smile and wave to her husband while driving on a dark road in the middle of winter was a terrible idea. Johnathan watched the car crash from the tablets camera, it being far more durable than the later models to come in the next few years. The only survivor would be the small girl who celebrated her tenth birthday in a coma while her mother and aunt died on the operating table. Changing the girl’s future forever, as well as that of her father. For Johnathan never really recovered from the death of his wife, the kind man grew hard and cold, he made no secret of the fact that he blamed Alyssa for her death, even as the girl struggled to come to terms with what had happened herself. She had no other family than him, and the servants were not emotionally invested, she was alone in the world. Alyssa grew up with a father that hated her, he drank excessively and whispers of abuse were common. The little girl was mostly left to her own devices, she had no discipline and an abundance of negative of negative emotions, the vast amount of wealth at her disposal was the match to gasoline. The girl went wild, it took a little while but she was 12 the first time she smoked that first joint, throwing up in the bathroom from that first toke didn’t dissuade her and soon she could hold her own with the older teenage pot heads. She often had a few people around her thanks to her money, in reality they were vultures just after her money. Drinking would follow suit, Alyssa was wild and reckless the worse things got at home the worse the girl acted out in life. No one was ever to be there to help her, school councillors were over worked and they just didn’t care, burnt out by the system so the girl’s behavior labeled her as a trouble maker not a kid who needed help. She slipped through the system, free to do whatever she wanted most of her trouble came from skipping school, or being caught with a cigarette in the bathroom, she got in trouble but at home nothing really changed. Her father wasn’t interested in the girl’s life, all he saw was the one who took away his light in life, a little wretch to focus his anger upon. It was a boiling pot that put pressure unending on the girl, life was a whirlwind of chaos as she lost herself in the time between her drugs, alcohol and the hell that was home. All throughout the time she was in school Alyssa was trouble, but it was never major trouble she never actually got caught with anything illegal. However, one day things had been particularly bad, utterly volatile and some uppity girls decided to go out of their way to pick on Alyssa. What they didn’t know, what no one knew was that her father had just finished a very large bender and she was breaking, they were the final push. It doesn’t even matter what they did, Alyssa herself has long since forgotten but they won’t. The girls thought they got away with making a fool of the snooty rich girl, but in her fury Alyssa she slammed one of the preppy girls faces into a locker causing quite a bit of damage. Money made that little bit of a problem go away without too many issues, but the drugs found on her during the incident investigation not so much. A tally of skipping school, drugs poor grades looking at her history it wasn’t a hard for the legal courts to decide what to do with her. This school would be her last real chance to turn her life around, not that she really intends to do anything of the sort. Still away from home she may have a chance to turn her life around, or spiral further out of control. Bringing a plethora of musical instruments with her, among other things the key item being her old rose wood violin once owned b y her aunt, the only item of note that the young girl actually cares about in the slightest. |
