[googlefont=Questrial] [attr="class","turnmeonbase2"] [attr="class","turnmeonscript2"]Sometimes the simplest things are the most profound. I never look at other people's work. My mind has to be completely focused on my own illusions. If you wear clothes that don't suit you, you're a fashion victim. You have to wear clothes that make you look better. In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different. It should be natural, and that's how I like women to look. I like them to feel comfortable and look organic.
I've always thought of the T-shirt as the Alpha and Omega of the fashion alphabet. It is important to be chic. It's useless to send models out on the runway to cry. I remember walking the dog one day, I saw a car full of teenage girls, and one of them rolled down the window and yelled, 'Marc Jacobs!' in a French accent. Fashion is a very stressful place to work because of the demands of doing the shows - no one expects a writer to produce two books a year on the dot - but it's also a very toxic place to work.
I sometimes feel that a pattern is almost a fashion statement in itself. Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. I am never satisfied with myself and that is what keeps me going - I have no post-satisfaction. I'm a fashion designer and people think, what do I know? It's useless to send models out on the runway to cry. [attr="class","turnmeonlyricssub2"] YOU'RE JUST AN ANIMAL THAT I CAUGHT, YOU KNOW I'M YOURS, SO RIP MY CLOTHES OFF, AND IT'S LIKE OH - OH, AND THEN WE OH - OH, JUST COME INSIDE MY CAGE, YOU BAD DOG [attr="class","turnmeonnotes2"]@tag notes [newclass=.turnmeonbase2]width:400px;background-color:#333;[/newclass][newclass=.turnmeonscript2]padding-top:25px;padding-bottom:25px;width:350px;font-family:arial;font-size:11px;color:#ccc;text-align:justify;[/newclass][newclass=.turnmeonlyricssub2]width:150px;padding-bottom:25px;text-align:left;font-family:questrial;font-size:9px;color:#999;text-transform:uppercase;word-spacing:3px;margin-right:130px;[/newclass][newclass=.turnmeonnotes2]height:0px;width:350px;font-family:arial;font-size:11px;color:#999;overflow:hidden;transition:500ms;-webkit-transition:500ms;-moz-transition:500ms;[/newclass][newclass=.turnmeonbase2:hover .turnmeonnotes2]height:60px;transition:500ms;-webkit-transition:500ms;-moz-transition:500ms;[/newclass]

Fashion should be fun. It shouldn't be labelled intellectual. Age and size are only numbers. It's the attitude you bring to clothes that make the difference. I didn't want to be a fashion designer, and for a good half of my career I didn't like it. I always wanted to do other things. Over the years I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it. There is always an emotional element to anything that you make.
In a meat-eating world, wearing leather for shoes and clothes and even handbags, the discussion of fur is childish. In a meat-eating world, wearing leather for shoes and clothes and even handbags, the discussion of fur is childish. I like the irony in my work. I've treated the waistcoat as if it were a corset, so that it becomes the first layer in the process of putting clothes on the body. There is constant motion between layering and revealing. Fashions fade, style is eternal.
Those fashion designers are just crazy; but aren't we all? My job is to bring out in people what they wouldn't dare do themselves. It's really easy to get colors right. It's really hard to get black - and neutrals - right. Black is certainly a color but it's also an illusion. I don't care about money. I really don't care. I just want to do what I do. I love things that age well - things that don't date, that stand the test of time and that become living examples of the absolute best.

[googlefont=Dancing Script] Ngl I'll probably change a bit of this around but not today Satan.
Comfort is very important to me. I think people live better in big houses and in big clothes. I am always locked in my design studio. I truly believe that philanthropy and commerce can work together. I like the irony in my work. I am always locked in my design studio.
I love the 2000s because everyone started to love haute couture. I was the first person to have a punk rock hairstyle. You have to always work against what you did before, and even against your taste. Fashion is always of the time in which you live. It is not something standing alone. But the grand problem, the most important problem, is to rejeuvenate women. To make women look young. Then their outlook changes. They feel more joyous. There are only three things I can do - make a dress, decorate a house, and entertain people.
I would like the people that buy my clothes to understand that for me it's one small piece of art. There are only three things I can do - make a dress, decorate a house, and entertain people. I didn't like the '80s at all; it was a vulgar moment of fashion. Luxury will be always around, no matter what happens in the world. If I had the power, I would ban leggings.
In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different. I didn't want to be a fashion designer, and for a good half of my career I didn't like it. I always wanted to do other things. If you cut a painter's hands off, he'd still feel the urge to pick up a brush. I am especially grateful that I have been able to keep my own style over the decades, in spite of the many changes that have taken place in the world of fashion and in its business. I would like to be a one-man multinational fashion phenomenon.
Doing collections, doing fashion is like a non-stop dialogue. I like the irony in my work. I truly believe that philanthropy and commerce can work together. Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury. I am especially grateful that I have been able to keep my own style over the decades, in spite of the many changes that have taken place in the world of fashion and in its business. | click, click, click in my stilettos |

[googlefont=Yanone Kaffeesatz] [attr="class","ipswichname"]name & name [attr="class","ipswichbase"] [attr="class","ipswichtag"]@tag [attr="class","ipswichscript"]Design is a series of creative choices - it's a collaborative effort, an evolutionary process. You choose your fabrics depending upon what you want to say, then you work with mills to get those fabrics. Through the process, you realize what you want it to be. Fashion fades, only style remains the same. I try to contrast; life today is full of contrast... We have to change. Grunge is a hippied romantic version of punk. You're only as good as your last collection, which is an enormous pressure. [googlefont=Quicksand] [attr="class","crybabybase"] [attr="class","crybabyscroll"] [attr="class","crybabyscript"]Money is the most corrosive aspect of life today because it means that all attention to detail is forgotten. We must never confuse elegance with snobbery. I sometimes feel that a pattern is almost a fashion statement in itself. What I hate is nasty, ugly people. I have a fantastic relationship with money. I use it to buy my freedom.
It is important to be chic. Over the years I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it. I want to thank all the women who have worn my clothes, the famous and the unknown, who have been so faithful to me and given me so much joy. If you cut a painter's hands off, he'd still feel the urge to pick up a brush. My customers are successful workingwomen.
I design from instinct. It's the only way I know how to live. What feels good. What feels right. What is needed. Give me a problem and I will approach it creatively, from my gut. I always loved aesthetics. Not particularly fashion, but an idea of beauty. Some people think luxury is the opposite of poverty. It is not. It is the opposite of vulgarity. I didn't want to be a fashion designer, and for a good half of my career I didn't like it. I always wanted to do other things. You cannot be creative with people around you.
Brides today are increasingly sensitive to the tastes, feelings and finances of their attendants. Women are women, and hurray for that. My breakfast is very important. Today, I'm very happy about myself, because I realized my dreams. I learned how to understand what people want. Over the years I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it.
For me, the summer will be pure gray - mother-of-pearl gray, very pale gray. To me, this is the big statement for summer. Then we have light blue, light turquoise, lots of pink. Women are more sure of themselves today. They don't have to emulate the way men dress. It's sometimes said that I'm rebellious and I do things to push people's buttons, but I just like the challenge. All I did my first year at Vogue was Xerox. I'm an accomplice to helping women get what they want. [attr="class","crybabynotes"]@tag [attr="class","crybabylyrics"]they call me cry baby, cry baby but i don't even care, cry baby, cry baby, i laugh through my tears [newclass=.crybabybase]background-color:#333;width:400px;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabyscroll]height:300px;width:350px;overflow:auto;column-count:1;column-gap:15px;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabyscroll::-webkit-scrollbar]height:3px;background-color:#ccc;border:0px!important;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabyscroll::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb]background-color:#99FF99;margin-top:4px;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabyscroll::-webkit-scrollbar-track]border-top:1px solid #333;border-bottom:1px solid #333;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabyscript]width:350px;padding-bottom:5px;font-family:arial;font-size:11px;color:#ccc;text-align:justify;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabynotes]width:350px;border-top:1px solid #ccc;padding-top:5px;padding-bottom:5px;font-family:arial;font-size:11px;color:#ccc;[/newclass][newclass=.crybabylyrics]padding-left:25px;padding-right:25px;padding-top:10px;padding-bottom:25px;font-family:quicksand;font-size:12.5px;color:#99FF99;[/newclass]
