Sun sets
and the sky is bathed in flame...
Twilight
The sun was quickly slipping past the horizon, washing the sky in a brilliant myriad of colors, orange, red, yellow and purple all blending into one another with seamless perfection. The light was fading fast in this hour of twilight, the world was in that strange haze between those in the day called to sleep by the song of slumber and those of the night rising with the moons pale eye as it ascended the sky to watch over the events that were to transpire. Even the first of the stars were coming out, their faint twinkling like small diamonds so impossibly far away, yet it felt almost as though you could reach out and touch it. This day had been a gentle one, scant clouds littered the wide open sky and only the gentlest of breezes flowed over the land beneath.
A young woman stood the campus grounds off to the side of a school for those whom some might deem ‘misguided’ she had only just arrived on this Saturday, her bags hardly even unpacked. She wore a tight fitting shirt black with a purple trim, a skirt that hung just above her knees. Shoulder length hair, a soft black color fell freely in a curtain around the pale young woman with a pair of bright glacial blue eyes scanning the area as she exhaled a soft sigh. This woman had a gentle face but it was turned into a scowl, nose piercing that adorned her face with an amethyst stone glinting in the light. She knelt down to a black case, clicking it open releasing the latch the young woman drew out a violin. It was a rose wood instrument, well aged it had seen many years of use but it was also cared for dearly, yet it had the scuffs and dings of an item its age, yet someone with the right eye could tell it was an item that held much sentimental value, perhaps the way she carried it gently.
Alyssa was alone, she had checked in dropped her stuff off and then promptly slipped away from the building. Her future roommate hadn’t been around, she had met no one thus far, that was okay because she was nervous as all hell. The person who had signed her in, informed the young woman that most people were in town on a Saturday evening and perhaps sometime she might join them, but today she needed a moment alone. A chance to work out the butterflies and winding pressure that coiled up inside of her body, so if the campus was as empty as she had been left to believe than now was the best time for this. A single song would work away her nerves, then she could walk around, explore and get to know the place, yeah that was a good plan. Nestling her violin against her shoulder Alyssa let out a long exhale and let the bow kiss the strings. The gentle breeze stopped as though universe waited with bated breath to hear what she might play, as the world faded to black she closed her eyes and let the music carry her.
Someone could walk in front of her right now, she’d never know, they could talk to her and she’d not hear it, she was deaf to the world even to the music that she played. Alyssa played a feeling, it was impossible to describe but she had no idea the sound she played, instead the woman imagined the melody as a spiraling form of colors, she coaxed the song out of the instrument. It started off gentle and slow, yellow, then red and orange she imagined the colors of the sunset slipping away from the strings of her violin, pulling the song free as they twisted around her in a spiraling chorus, she spun the song faster as her fingers moved across the neck of the instrument a quicker pace as the bow danced across the strings. Her music was spontaneous, it came out faster spiraling around her she imagined flickering flames now dancing from the violin falling to the ground in a swirling vortex and her music reflected that growing faster, exhilarating and higher climbing oh so higher.
The music she played was filled with energy, passion to describe the sound was to describe color to the blind, only the feelings could be conveyed through words, raw and untamed. Yet there were cracks in the flames, it was indeed a song filled with energy in life, yet it had a somber edge to it, like it was a fire made of glass poised to break into a torrent of despair. The music played with excitement and energy but it had a bite to it, one that made the heart of a person twist yet they’d be unsure of why. Outwardly Alyssa was playing with eyes closed, there was no flash no flair, she swayed slightly if only to cushion the momentum of her bow’s movements. It was a bittersweet song of the passion and flames of the day, bleeding into the dark gentle song of night.
The fire of her music grew higher she imagined it as a tower that split the sky in two, a storm that would overtake the world. Finally, the music hit its peak, an explosion of sound and feeling the energy that flowed from the woman and her music shook the violin, both pushed to their physical limits straining to not break as her hands moved on instinct alone, in a blur of motion. Her heart throttled in her chest, this feeling of being swept away was euphoric there was nothing but raw feeling no thoughts weighing her down just the music that was pure and free. The flames in her mind began to darken, to turn from a raging inferno to a gentle wave, her mind perceived the transition from bright colors to the soft purples, blacks even blues of her music. Her music matched, losing its fervor it transitioned as waves of easy colors slipping free to wrap around her in the gentle cool calm embrace of the darkness as the sun unseen by her slipped beneath the horizon.
Finally, the waves began to subside, to coalesce into one as the slipped away fading the music eased off. She relaxed the colorful dancing swirls into her instrument as the song ended she let the music fall into silence. She relaxed from her position letting the instrument drop from her shoulder in its ready position she held it by the neck and sighed. Alyssa felt a little calmer now as she opened her eyes, she had been completely unaware of the world around her and now she regained her awareness of the everything.
Had someone happened upon the woman during her song? During her twilight serenade

▲ It was clearly by luck Nora managed to be around the school; she had just returned from her trip to the city, having felt like she was being cooped up in this hell-hole. Though the sites were pretty and she had enjoyed window shopping, after a while, she had grown quite bored of not being around anyone. Sure, she had gotten to know a couple of the students at the academy, but never actually tried to talk to them. She believed that people would come to her, that she didn't have to actively search for them. After a couple of days of hoping for the chance to run into someone, she had given up, now resorting to sulking in her dorm. Talking to her moms sure hadn't helped. They kept telling her to get out of the dorm, to meet new people! But how could she do that? She had long forgotten what it was like to interact with people... But perhaps she didn't need to fear any longer. As she had rounded the corner, the sound of someone playing the violin caused her to glance up, eyes widening. It sounded... beautiful. Nora neared the noise, her mouth opening. The player was not someone Nora would've thought would be playing. She was so shocked by the other's appearance, that she almost zoned the music out. For a moment, she stood there, quietly listening to the music, a faint smile on her lips. Once she finished, she couldn't help but cheer. " Wow! That was incredible!" Nora's mouth was open, as she vigorously clapped her hands. " I've never been able to play any type of instrument," she admitted, ceasing her applause and putting her hands behind her back, " though I've always wanted to... I just never got the time, ya know?" A look of sadness crossed her face, before it disappeared into a huge grin. " But hey, we've all got our paths to take, right?" She reached her hand out to shake, her head tilted as she smiled. " I'm Nora, Nora Foster! I'm a junior here, just got to this place about a week ago. I'm guessing you're a new student? I haven't seen you around before." Nora clearly prided herself over knowing other people, seeming like she usually kept tabs on who everyone was. " Lucky that I ran into you, I was down in the city checking the sites–" Nora shook her head, chuckling lightly. " Anyways... it would've been better if you had come on the weekdays–" she gave a small pout, shaking her head sympathetically, " –if you had, you would've gotten a better welcoming committee. Looks like I'll have to be your welcoming guide then. But don't worry cutie, I take it very seriously." She gave her a wink, looking like she was enjoying this a bit too much. Who is she?
Twilight
Alyssa always felt a strange sense of peace after throwing herself into the music like that, even her heart rate slowed to a crawl. Exhaling softly her heart was then jolted upwards to nearly cardiac arrest levels of throttling as someone cheered out. Glacial eyes snapped open and looked at the source of the voice, meanwhile her pale face flushed a deep red. So much for the attempt at a cold front, that was gone, whenever the young woman blushed it stood out like fog light, and whenever someone heard her actually play she would blush. The compliments however would turn her absolutely scarlet. ”O-oh I didn’t realize you were listening- t-thanks“ This girl was talking fast, it was hard to get a word in not that Alyssa minded. She was still reeling from the surprise of having someone wander across her, although the possibility had always been a real one, she’d never considered it as such. Whoever this person was she was flashing emotions between being sad but then a grin, it was hard to keep up and it kept Alyssa off of her balance on an emotional standpoint. Although it was actually for the best, most likely it didn’t give her an opportunity to give this person a cold shoulder. ”It’s no big deal really….it was just a feeling I wanted to play” She had meant to tell the listener that surely if she wanted to learning and instrument wasn’t too hard, at least for Alyssa. However, the gears had been changed in the conversation so fast she hadn’t a moment to say it before it seemed the sad look had vanished replaced by a flashing grin that actually made her heart flutter. ”Right” Alyssa agreed about the paths to be taken, without really listening exactly to what she had been saying, she'd have agreed to anything at that moment. With her face still red, cheeks burning much to the girl’s utter dismay she was blushing like a fool and when a hand was extended towards her she couldn’t resist taking it. Switching the violins bow to the same hand that clutched her treasure, Alyssa gently took the hand before speaking with a shy smile. That was quite unusual, normally she prided herself on being a massive cold front towards strangers but it was hard to be that way with Nora’s energy. ”I’m Alyssa Havenheart, its very nice to meet you! Oh man she said that with a bit too much enthusiasm, quickly adding I’m also a junior, I got here... an hour ago I think. ” At Nora’s pout and head shake Alyssa couldn’t help her gentle giggle that bubble up from between her lips, it was an unusual sound in its sincerity. Her blue eyes were upon Nora she couldn't help but watch all of the woman's facial twitches and expressions. ”Oh? Ah..well I mean I’m not too concerned about any of-“ Nora called her a cutie and whatever blushing had subsided resumed in full bloom, turning her cheeks a rosy red as color flooded her pale features. It was pretty unusual to get compliments from such a pretty girl, if it had been a typical overbearing jock of a guy she could have told him where to go and what to do when he got there ”I… mean, I don’t really need a committee I’m sure I’m in good hands with you… I haven’t really looked around here at all Dammit she was tripping over her words making a fool of herself. ▲ Nora couldn't help but giggle at the other's reaction. It was just so darn cute! " It's nice to meet you Alyssa! I'm sure we'll become close friends; us Juniors gotta stick together, right? We can't just let the Seniors walk all over us!" It was true, Nora wasn't about to be pushed down by some obnoxious upperclassman. Speaking to Alyssa, it would seem like the two might become a good combination; if Nora stopped for a moment to breath, she'd notice how calm she felt. There wasn't a spark of anger flickering at all. It was...nice. Really nice actually. But for now, she wouldn't notice, as she continued to talk. At the sound of her laugh, Nora clapped her hands together. " Hey, hey, that's the spirit! You should be smiling more, it really suits you." Nora than put a finger on her chin, looking like she was deep in thought. " Then again, you looked super cool playing now, you had this super serious expression on your face. It was really intense." Her eyes got wide as she leaned closer to Alyssa, a teasing grin appearing. " I was super enthralled by it.As quickly as she said that, she moved on, her thoughts bouncing from one topic to the next. " But that's besides the point! Because I hafta show you around, ya know? I can't just let some guy come around and swoop you away-" Here, she gasped dramatically, as though this idea worried her down to the core " -I have to at least try to impress you with my knowledge of the school before someone else comes along, right?" The words came easily to Nora, as if she had been practicing teasing since she was little. She spoke with her hands, accenting her energy, and her eyes danced with every word that dripped from her mouth. It really did help that she had such fantastic responses from Alyssa; her blushing seemed to spur Nora on with her teasing. Alyssa was really cute, Nora wouldn't and couldn't deny that; perhaps it wasn't so bad that she had returned earlier than expected. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

She smiled
And my heart swelled in reply
Dusk
Alyssa nodded as Nora spoke, the girl’s energy was quite infectious and she found it hard to disagree with her. Friends, the idea was foreign to the young woman, yet she found herself nodding to Nora’s proposal ” Oh…y-yes I’m sure we’ll be great friends if we look out for each other” With her heart throttling away inside of her chest. Nora was so different than the people she usually met in just the vibrant enthusiastic way she spoke.
This was a terrible way to start out at a new school, she’d made all sorts of plans to be a cool loner and mysterious. Now she was a blushing mess, and the worst part was that she didn’t even frigging mind I mean okay maybe a little bit but that was just her being stubborn. This was not the plan at all, her cheeks were not subsiding in her blush.
At Nora’s words Alyssa couldn’t help it, she tried to resist, the twitching of her lips showed that she did but when Nora said she should smile she smiled. It was a foolish grin that lit up her face and made her laugh again as her shoulder gently shook at the strange musical sound that slipped free from her. ”Oh… well when I’m pla-ah!” Nora leaned in and Alyssa’s face turned a bright red, she might as well be leading Santa’s sleigh on cold foggy nights. The poor girl bit on the inside of her cheek to keep her cool and finish her thought. ”When I …p-play ahem… when I play I kind of just feel the music and lose myself... That was such a lame way to describe it.
Just like that they were moving onto another conversation and Nora had moved back. Releasing the breath she hadn’t realized was being held, Alyssa found herself nodding again in agreement. Even were she not knocked off of her emotional guard some guy coming in to try and ‘swoop’ her away was certainly not a thing she wanted to have happen. ”W-well I’ll be counting on you to keep them all away! I’m in your hands” Wow she sounded like such a dork, so lame oh my god did she ever want to just die at the things she was saying.
”Well show me what you can do then, don’t hold back I’m all yours” She didn’t even want to acknowledge what passed through her stupid head when that came out of her head. The girls face couldn’t physically be any brighter in its color and she was contemplating ways to drown herself in a puddle of water. Nora’s teasing had an exaggerated affect her movements, gestures they were all so energetic and it was hard- no impossible for her not to get swept up in Nora’s enthusiasm.
Even if this was just playful teasing by some girl, Alyssa found herself increasingly glad that she had slipped out to play music. Now if only she could stop making herself sound, at least in her own opinion, like a dam fool.

▲ " Excellent! I'll make sure this tour is the best one you'll have," Nora promised, raising her fist in the air in a silent cheer. " So, tell me, what have you seen already? I want to make sure that we make every second count." As she spoke, she glanced up at the sky, a small frown appearing; the sun was starting to set as the two girls spoke, the sky was already swirled with oranges, blues, and pinks. It would be dark soon and she felt like they should probably be heading to bed soon. " I don't want to keep you up too long," Nora said, speaking her thoughts aloud, " you must be tired too, from coming out here. Hey, how long did the trip take? I hope not too long, mine seemed to take forever. I tell ya, it seemed like we were traveled twice the amount of miles." She let out a dramatic sigh. " It was quite the ride, but..." A perky smile appeared as she continued, " it was totally worth it, cuz I get to meet new people. A gal like yourself makes it worthwhile to be here." She put her hand to the side of her mouth and leaned in, like she was giving an important secret, as she whispered, " I know this place seems like a hell-hole, but the teachers like to keep the cynicism on a down-low." Nora winked at her, before leaning back, and saying, a bit louder than necessary, " So, what's the first thing you want to see from this incredible school? We might need to cut it short though, there are strict rules about bedtimes and the like. " Perhaps if that does happen, we can always start from where we left off next time! Oh, and I could bring you into town; there's this adorable little cafe that I'd love to show you. At the end of the tour I'll give you my number, that way we can make future plans! Sound like a deal?" There really was no stopping her, as soon as she saw someone new to drag into town with her, she would pounce on that opportunity. She could come on too strong, but she would never really get that; all the social cues about backing off seemed to go in one ear and out the other. Though she could sometimes get away with her suddenly pushing plans into people's laps with her large grin and cheerful personality. Of course, the personality might wane here and there, as she continued to spend more time with people; though she was a cheerful person, Nora sometimes felt so exhausted from smiling all the time; it was actually pretty tiring being an optimist. Alyssa laughed softly she couldn’t resist the smile, her eyes were also drawn to the swirling colors of darkness rolling over the world. She loved the night, it was the best time of day, it was so peaceful so cool and safe. If she could go to school in the night time, then she’d absolutely go to school, occasionally probably. The calming darkness that washed over them made her sigh pleasantly it was so much more relaxing, even with just that transition, Alyssa felt so much more peaceful as the world was covered in shadow, down to her core. ”well… honestly, I checked in dropped some things off at my dorm then came here- so nothing really” Alyssa shook her head at first when talking about the length of the trip, and made a soft shrug. ”It was a couple of hours by jet” She left out the private part, they’d taken her families jet here a long and uncomfortable process that she didn’t want to think about having shared it with her father. ”I’m full of energy honestly, but its alright” That perky smile followed up with a comment about meeting Alyssa took her by surprise as she blinked quickly her cheeks once more flooding with color she squeaked softly, literally squeaked softly. Oh man she was such a dork, she was doomed if this kept up she’d have a reputation of being such a loser! ”ahaha…. I-I’m the lucky one here, really! Meeting Nora as well as getting away from home, win win. Nora leaned in, Alyssa did as well tilting her head so that Nora’s hushed words would slip within her ear, listening with bated breath. When Nora spoke Alyssa laughed openly, her musical giggle tumbling out and she shook her head. ”I’m not too concerened… Still, what did she want to see, that was tough. “hmm… oh I know is there a music room here? That was something she was keenly interested in, the only other thing Alyssa had thought of was to ask where she could get hooked up with some good green stuff, screw probation. However she didn’t know Nora, and even if she really really liked her, the girl wasn’t stupid enough to bring up drugs so readily. Instead she smiled a smile that was incredibly unusual for the girl, her was a genuine make your cheeks hurt kind of smile. ”Oooh… yeah, I’d really like that I’ve been meaning to go into town, tell you what you show me around and anything we do in town is on me, my treat” Her eyes sparkled at the thought, she was sincere and enthusiastic at the prospect, shopping was something she was great at as well. Having a boat load of money certainly helped in that regard. She nodded and wasted pulled out her phone almost immediately, probably a bit too enthusiastic on her part- dammit Alyssa. Like Nora, Alyssa wasn’t always like this, although her changes would be more pronounced as reality would drag her down. Beneath her flowy clothes were the fresh marks, still blackening to prove it. Still for the moment she was riding on cloud nine, it was so much fun to talk to someone as enthusiastic and sweet. Alyssa never even considered that Nora might get carried away, and if she had, would she really mind? Nora FosterOh don't apologize! I love it! hehe, although I have to warn you about the potential for super drama and feels- but its not a route we need to go down i'm just putting it out there, in case later. Perfectly happy to go with two giggle fun ladies! but i'm sorry if this post is a little not the best, i'm scrambling to get things done tomorrow i go on vacation for 2 weeks so don't rush to reply to this. ▲ Nora followed suit and pulled her phone out. Once they exchanged numbers, she put it back into her pocket, head tilted with a smile. At her question, she nodded. " Uh-huh! I've never actually been in there before, never really had a reason to. But now that you want to see it, I guess I now have a reason!" She had been able to pick up a couple of signals from Alyssa that maybe she wasn't as touchy feely as Nora was; which was a bit disappointing in its own regard. Never the less, Nora quietly vowed to back off slightly, she wouldn't want to scare Alyssa away, now would she? Forcing herself to not grab Alyssa's hand, she gestured for her to follow her. " I'll make sure that it's the most memorable tour you'll get," she promised, looking incredibly psyched for this. " Oh um... if I do get a bit too much for you, will you let me know?" Nora suddenly stopped and turned to look at Alyssa, before smiling, a bit embarrassed. " People sometimes tell me that I'm a bit too hyper for them. And I don't want to scare you away, cuz I want to hang out with you some more!" She put a hand on her hip, the grin widening. " Therefore, you gotta promise me that you'll let me know when to calm down a bit." Alyssa seemed like a really cute and awesome girl! Also, she'd promise Nora to get something for her when they headed down to the town. It was totally a win-win situation. Nora would try her hardest to make sure she wasn't too over the top with her. A small part of her was a bit worried; was she getting a bit too attached to the other girl? Already she was thinking about trying to change herself for Alyssa, even if it meant a slight change. But...perhaps this change was fine. If it meant being around someone who was able to double her energy, why not let it change a bit? Alyssa Havenheart ● 3 5 9 ● UM YES PLEASE!! She couldn’t help but smile, the addition of a number in her phone was good, it gave her a solid happy feeling. Like the digital information logged into her smartphone had some sort of real weight to it, she was glad. Nora seemed genuinely happy to have Alyssa around and even if that lasted only a short while she was elated. There would always be a number of hidden doubts in the corners of her heart but for the moment she was genuinely happy in all regards, the woes of life for the moment, forgotten. She smiled onwards as the woman followed behind Nora, she could have led her straight into the darkest dungeon in the deepest of pits and Alyssa would likely have followed. Ï trust you” she said enthusiastically, the young woman knew that with Nora’s enthusiasm that it would be a very interesting tour. She was quite surprised then when Nora spoke next, the concern was so sweet. It was also misplaced, and Alyssa spoke as much with her soft gentle voice. ”If you do, I will let you know…but its okay- really”She wanted to put a hand on Nora’s shoulder and give her a squeeze, or just embrace the lovely girl but she spoke softly, though firmly her words true and honest ”just….do what comes natural okay? That’s all I want, because I…” Blushing again, her face swelling with red once more. ”I want to hang out with you more as well” Although much less outspoken she spoke with great sincerity. Laughing ever so softly at Nora’s pose, it was really charming and it suited her well. Nora was just filled with enthusiasm and she seemed so carefree and easy going, It was hard not to like her. What could she do to make sure Nora didn’t get bored of her, unknown to one another they both were considering how to change themselves so that the other may like them. Could Alyssa be as enthusiastic and outgoing as her new companion, she certainly doubted it was possible. Still she really wanted Nora to like her, so she was willing to do whatever it took… ”Tomorrow the town, tonight the music room!” She spoke a little louder, trying to emulate some of Nora’s energy. She was ready to follow her companion to where ever they she might be led, speaking once more she was soft again. ”Have you given tours before?” She was curious about this, the question had sort of crept up on her. Nora Foster Okay! Weee! Sometime during the tomorrow part after a bit more fun can start to engage drama. Perhaps a subtle bit, Nora see’s some marks and gets pushy with concern or curiosity that'll make Alyssa snap and then stuffs can spiral, or a direct bit Alyssa’s father decides to show up and start trouble.

▲ She couldn't help herself but just clasp Alyssa's hands in hers. " There's no need to be so formal with me, or talk to quietly. If you do that I won't be able to hear your pretty voice that well," Nora said, blinking up at her with wide eyes. " I'll be myself if you promise to do the same for me, just be yourself, alright cutie pie?" She grinned, her head tilting to the side, before she gave Alyssa's hands one last squeeze and let them go. " Hey, hey, that's the spirit I like!" Nora giggled, before the smile changed into a thoughtful look. " Hm...no, I don't think I have before. But sometimes the best things are those you're going in blind! Why do you ask? Is it because I look like I know what I'm doing?" As she spoke, she gestured for Alyssa to follow her, as she started her way towards the buildings. " Because I gotta let you know, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I just like meeting people, ya know? Spending time with people just makes me feel better." The smile softened, as she glanced up at the sky, trying to find the right words. " People are just...really good. I dunno, I like being around people because they're super cute. I'm sure I'll run into annoying brats, but hey, why start worrying about the future, when I can focus in one the present. 'Specially with you around." She was startled as Nora clasped her hands; it had completely taken the girl back, she had struggled to not let out a sharp cry. A fleeting moment, hopefully not long enough for Nora to notice, Alyssa smiled that soft smile which brought out her gentle features. Nora’s hands were nice, despite her knee jerk reaction, but of course the compliments were showered on which brought deep blush back to her cheeks. ”O-oh I’m sorry I didn’t….” She was speaking softly again, before clearing her throat and trying again. ”Sorry I didn’t mean to do it” This time speaking louder, trying to sound more confident but in truth she was a bundle of nerves. Nodding her head when Nora called her a cuite pie, it completely stole her words for a moment. ”I was just wondering, you absolutely have the confidence of a professional tour guide” Following behind Nora like a sailor charmed by the sirens call she laughed as the other girl admitted that she had no idea. ”Well…I’m okay with this… I got to meet you out of it” Although she held her tongue about the second part, walking behind the other girl with both hands behind her back she looked at Nora a thoughtful look on the young woman’s face. ” If you say s- Eep” She squeaked, audibly so when Nora made a point of nudging her. Her face was nearly aflame with heat as the blood seemed to take up permanent residence as color within her pale cheeks. ” Oh, you tease… “ Alyssa giggled a little nudging back playfully and then shook her head, letting her long black hair bounce with each shake falling perfectly back into place after each movement. ”I bet you say that to everyone” Looking from Nora to the school as they drew closer to the building. She’d never felt like she belonged with people at all… She wondered what that must feel like. Nora Foster Yeeeeees! I like drama! Oh dear, they absolutely could although poor Alyssa would be so heartbroken once Nora dates someone else, she’d totally take it personally and lower her self worth to new lows. I’m totally into this

▲ Nora gave a sly grin. " Well, I wouldn't say everyone, there are some people who are better to be around than others." Nora jogged up to the building, opened the door, and gestured for Alyssa to take the lead. " Ladies first!" She followed right after, stretching her hands above her head and letting out a relaxed sigh, as the cool blast of the air conditioning chilled her. The door shut without noise and then, the two girls were met with silence. " Alright, so...I guess this is the first place for me to talk about." She gestured around the place, before saying, " This is the main lobby, though not a lot of people are out here. Down there-" She pointed to the hallway on the left " -is the cafeteria, the science labs, and the classrooms for Math." And then to the right: " Down there are where you'll have English, History, and art." She rubbed her arm, nibbling on her lip. " I would show you them, but they're all closed. I could break into one of them for you so that you can get a good idea of what they look like." Obviously, Nora was doing this from the kindness of her heart. No way that she just wanted to break into a room, because that was exciting and could impress Alyssa. Nope, that wasn't it. Alyssa Havenheart ● 2 2 4 ● it would be cute for the couple days that they would be together and then it would be very sad. ;w; Nora would definitely try to sweep things under the rug, because who wants to talk about the sad past, right? Alyssa slipped past Nora with a graceful bow, a playful smile as she did so. “Thank you milady “ with a half turn to make sure Nora followed the young lady was met by the cool relief of the AC. That was such a divine treat, if there were to be one pleasure she never failed to enjoy it was the cold air, it was soothing and relaxing. Her eyes casting their gaze around the building she’d only recently begun to learn, it was still all so new, but then that was the point of a tour now wasn’t it? “ooh…” looking around the lobby, she wouldn’t have given two shits if anyone else was doing this tour, but her eyes followed Nora’s gestures and she listened intently. Hung on every word spoken by her guide, surely she’d have forgotten most of this information by tomorrow but for the moment it was entrenched within her mind. ”I haven’t gotten a schedule yet” Was the idle comment she made softly. Although when Nora spoke about breaking into a class room, it certainly did capture the young woman’s attention. She peered curiously at her guide, perhaps that was what had landed Nora in this prison of a school, simple B&E, not that worst thing in the world. ”Really? Oh that’d be cool- oh although I’d never want you to get in trouble for me either” she said with a smile. Okay that was a half lie, having someone get in trouble on her behalf might feel pretty good. Not that she’d ever want Nora to get in trouble, just the fact she offered to risk it was nice. Her eyes sparkled with interested at even the mundane, although she struggled to not voice her question about the music room. ”You know, it hardly looks like it’s actually the prison that it is” Joking with a smile Nora Foster Sorry for the delay hun! will be doing them a bit faster onwards now. Also that would break her even more, wow Nora's gonan trash her poor heart...awesome
