[/u][/b][li]Boisterous - He's really loud. Flynn likes to blabber and make a lot of annoying noises especially when he's drunk or with someone who annoys him. "If you annoy me, I’ll annoy you more."[/li][attr="class","hdbase"]

[attr="class","hdtitle"]PERSONALITY [attr="class","hdinfo"]Positive Traits
Negative Traits |
[li]Obnoxious/dense - He has no idea how to read the atmosphere or he will read it completely wrong. It takes a while for him to notice a problem and when he does, it's usually a little too late. Flynn can also be a bit childish and immature at times especially when he's around people his age.[/li]
[li]Thrill seeking - He's not about to actively advocate violence at a reform school, but secretly, he'll be seeking some stunts and action.[/li]
[li]Intimidating - His face says it all.[/li]
[li]Daring - His brother and his birthday is to be blamed for this. Flynn was an easily scared child so people used to scare him off a lot on his birthday, Halloween. His brother was determined to stop this by challenging him all the dares he could think while reassuring that, "you can't die. You were born on the day of the dead."[/li]
[li]Gullible - He'll believe the craziest stories.[/li]
[li]Airhead - Flynn lacks common sense which makes him somewhat of a goofball. He tries to act cool because of this, but that makes him seem like a trying-too-hard goofball.[/li][/ul]

- He is convinced Halloween babies can't die. Wait till his luck runs out one day.
- James Bond was his role model and the reason he wanted to become some kind of agent/officer. He was disappointed when he realized he couldn't join MI-5, but he liked the idea of spies so he chose to become an undercover officer.
- He used to play guitar for his brother to sing along when he needed some healing time.

[attr="class","hdtitle"]HISTORY/MISC.
[attr="class","hdinfo"]It all began 28 years ago when the Roux family was gifted with the birth of twins. It would be most appropriate to compare the Roux twins to yin and yang; so opposite, yet so inseparable.
The younger had rich dark hair matching with murky brown eyes while the other had ash blond hair with beautiful blue orbs. One was pampered by their parents and the other walked in his brother’s shadows. One learned to think business while the other immersed himself in comic books and heroes. One was top of his grade while the other was fending off bullies. And of course, out of the two, Flynn just had to be the imperfect one.
Flynn grew up in the famous Roux family. It wasn’t that surprising that pressure piled up on him as a young child. His parents owned a business that ran a chain of hotels. They had reputations to keep and expectations to meet. Of course, this responsibility inevitably fell on their children as well. Ever since they were little, the brothers were taught to be independent and the parents (although they weren’t around often) made sure they were being pushed to past their limits. They were expected to be better than any other. Since a young age, the twins were forced to read books that were much bigger than themselves and to learn more languages than they can count on their fingers.
Flynn’s brother quickly fell in line with the path their parents had laid out, but Flynn derailed quickly. It was never in his interest to learn how to speak money faster than he could say his name. It was made pretty obvious who the favorite child was.
As Flynn began school, he discovered the existence of comic books and heroes and his life became centered around it. He wanted to be just like the figures he found in these books. Of course he faced with serious repercussions when his parents discovered his hobby. He was confined even more and ‘stupid little fantasies’ were worlds away.
However, they had not been around enough to realize that even though Flynn and his brother were polar opposites, their bond was something irreplaceable. Flynn was mostly restricted to do anything or go anywhere alone, so his brother often sneaked him things and spoiled him as much as he possibly could.
Flynn was home-schooled throughout his high school years. His parents deemed it was better than having to expose that their son was being severely bullied. Although Flynn missed his friends, he wasn’t complaining to be away from bullies. It might have been a different story if his brother wasn’t around.
Flynn was never expected to be an heir. That was determined a long time ago, but he couldn't appear to be a failure either. His parents threw in a last ditch effort to reform him which didn’t go as planned. In fact, it provoked Flynn to rebel even more. By the time he was heading off to college, Flynn was determined to become a police officer despite their protests.
Reluctantly, but eventually, his parents agreed to let Flynn do as he pleased. As long as he never interfered with the business, he was allowed to go. It wasn’t easy being away from his home especially since it was his first time being out in the world. Flynn grew very distant from his family. He even lost contact with his brother as they both got pre-occupied by their separate lives. At the beginning, Flynn accepted monetary support from his parents, but eventually he settled independently after he had completed the police academy.
Flynn wasn’t even aware of how sick his father had been until he passed away. Although their relationship was estranged, it still struck him hard. Needless to say, his brother inherited most of the family's wealth and the company, but Flynn received more than enough for a lifetime. He never understood why his father left him anything at all and now he had lost the chance to ask. Flynn had gotten so used to the life of financial struggles that he never really displayed his wealth...he didn’t know what in the world he’d do with all the money.
The young man’s life was made of adventures and he lived for the thrill. Flynn didn’t stop at being a police officer. In fact, he had challenged himself to go out in the field as often as possible. However, with that came a high risk. He was hot blooded and all he saw was the rush, not the danger. Flynn and his partner were sent undercover to investigate a smuggling issue, however they had let their guards down. Due to a miscommunication, his partner was killed in action. Ever since then, Flynn blamed himself.
He spiraled downwards quickly and he sorted to excessive drinking. Flynn lost his position and his dignity and his purpose. He was drowning in an ocean in which he didn’t know how to swim. Flynn was slowly on his tracks to wasting his life away when his brother re-discovered him. It was a bittersweet union for both of the twins. Slowly and steadily, his brother fished Flynn out of the deep waters and he made sure Flynn slowly brought himself back to his feet.
After long years of rehab and counselling, his brother had re-introduced Flynn the world he had once loved. Although he had strongly opposed to Flynn rejoining any kind of field-related jobs as he didn’t want to lose sight of his twin again, he did show Flynn to a great alternative; to be a school resource officer at Birchwood rehabilitation academy. He hoped that Flynn could re-discover his original passion as well as guide the troubled youth based on his experiences. Flynn had not been too happy to let go of his thrilling adventures, but he wasn’t rushing to re-join the force right away either.
