[attr="class","hdtitle"]PERSONALITY [attr="class","hdinfo"]
| [attr="class","hdtitle"]HISTORY/MISC. [attr="class","hdinfo"]Scout was an orphan found in a truckstop bathroom by two aging hippies in Mexico. He didn't have the same kind of upbringing when it came to luxuries and comforts that most children had. His adoptive parents were always on the move between the southwest border of the US and Mexico. They would go to festivals so, Scout was aware of popular music. When Scout was about twelve, he found out why his make-shift family was constantly on the road. They were mules for a Mexican cartel. His 'parents' told him to avoid the police because they would take him to Area 51 and do experiments on him. His drug-running family was soon caught by law enforcement and after a scuffle with police that knocked him unconscious, Scout was convinced he was turned into some sort of creature. He suffered from malnutrition and was placed in the hospital while the government decided what to do with him. There was a lack of paperwork in the family camper. So, with his parents jailed, Scout became a ward of the state of New Mexico. Scout's behavior, not being comfortable with modern conveniences like television, made it hard to place in foster care. At his age and convinced for a short time that he had been injected with a zombie virus, no one wanted him. As a last chance, he was sent to Birchwood during his sophomore year and has never really progressed beyond that point. He doesn't leave his room until nightfall so actually going to class is out of the question. He's convinced he is a vampire via a blood transfusion he got while in the hospital for a staph infection. At nineteen years of age, the hopes of him graduating and having an ordinary life are rather bleak. |
